To access scientific information and use of it one of the best practices is to use, direct and objective training of specialist people .In these specialized visits, useful and updated content will be shared and related technology to each industry will be introduced. This method makes it possible for every person to be able in the first step the cause of his business flourishing and in the next steps cause of develops the similar business.
Pezhvac as a result of its research on the transfer of knowledge and new technologies of the world to improve the performance and existing systems in the country, has focused its activities on agriculture, natural resources, industry, services, guilds, management, and branches of the humanities. These activities are classified into 4 departments ; Agriculture and Natural Resources department , industrial department , Services and Guilds department, Management and Humanities department .
In the case of the training center and the educational departments, the following objectives are as follows:
1. Promoting the skills and competencies of public and private managers and employees in the fields of agriculture and natural resources - industry-services and guides-management and humanities at the national and international levels.
2. Design, compilation and implementation of training programs for managers and experts and public and private staff in order to empower them in different areas.
3. Developing national and international educational platforms to improve scientific and technical level.
4. Conduct national and international research to conduct accurate and efficient planning.
5. Provide the necessary area for the achievement government and private experts of each industry to the new technologies to promote the level of national economy and culture.
