In order to develop the potential and gain benefit for Iran Fisheries Organization and Pezhvac, Research and Innovation Co. located in Technology Incubator Centre of Shaid Beheshti University (Tehran, Iran) to cooperate and facilitate development, to expand and strengthen the economic collaboration and marketing, to educate aquaculturists, to organize and supervise a stable utilization of our country’s aquatic resources, to protect the aquatic resources together with preserving the available resources, to develop the management and maintenance of the basis of aquaculture and fishing, to stimulate resources and factors of production of waters under the jurisdiction of Islamic Republic of Iran, to extend the higher education by the intellectual use of modern technologies, to familiarize aquaculturists with international experiences, to promote innovation to boost productivity and improve the quality of products and build academic research relationship between Iran and other countries also to providing grounds for expanding exportation of aquaculture products within the framework and rules, furthermore to gain advantages of valid universal academic and research findings emphasizing upon localization.

In order to benefit and improve the mutual capabilities of the Central Organization for Rural Cooperatives of Iran and Pezhvac research and innovation Co. located at technology incubator of Shaid Beheshti University of Tehran with mutual cooperation to achieve the goals of providing grounds for development, expansion, and strengthening of economic cooperation and development, operations, marketing, and commercial and industrial cooperatives in rural areas, promotion of educational organizations and unions, education of managers to oversee and audit firms and unions, rural and agricultural cooperatives, performing the technical and consulting services for preparation and implementation of productive projects for rural and agricultural unions and cooperatives, improving the quality of training process based on the intelligent use of new technologies, familiarizing farmers with international experience, promoting innovation to boost productivity and improve the quality of products and creation of research-academic relationship of cooperative networks and rural and agricultural organizations with other countries within the framework of rules and regulations and in order to use valid universal academic and research findings with an emphasis on localization.
